It is produced in the organic vineyards of our winegrowers located in the areas best suited for Vermentino di Gallura DOCG in Berchidda. This Vermentino boasts a rich straw-yellow color with greenish highlights, delightfully accompanying its sweet floral aroma of rose and citrus, along with ethereal notes that harmonize the more enveloping nuances. The taste is fresh and spring-like, with well-balanced sweet and tangy fruit flavors that linger in a long-lasting sensory experience. A mineral wine, typical of this grape variety. It pairs beautifully with the finest fish dishes, white meats, and vegetarian cuisine.
